This clever little space-saver is a just like a regular bottle cage, except you slide your bottle in and out of it from the side, not by dropping it into the top. The advantages of this really come into play on smaller frames that can’t accommodate a top-loading bottle cage, or if you have bags on the frame that reduce the internal area of your bike’s central triangle. The XLC Side Drinking Bottle Cage BC-S06 can be mounted onto your frame either way up so it’s great for left and right-handed people alike. It comes with all the mounting screws you’ll need to fasten it onto the bike, and will give you a reliably firm grip on your bottles when you’re riding along. It’s made of plastic and available in the following colourways; white & blue, black & grey, black & blue, white & green, black & green, white & black, black & yellow.
