Description
The XLC cable collet TO-S38 is a fantastic tool to apply tension to gear cables that may be tricky to tighten by hand. The TO-S38 tensions the cable using a spring operated handle that places stress on a gear cable for it to shift correctly. The handle features an ergonomic design and vinyl coating, making it comfortable to work with.
